The plain weave is also called gabardine. It has 150D for warp and weft, or 150D for warp and 300D for weft, and so on. The main products: all kinds of polyester taffeta lining, pongee, plain weave, satin cloth, Oxford cloth, twill cloth, brushed cloth, peach skin, pocket cloth and other low- and medium-grade fabrics. And can do printing, dyeing, anti-static, PVC, PU, PA silver coating, waterproof according to customer requirements. And all kinds of warp knitting products such as golden velvet, mercerized velvet, corduroy, loop velvet, velveteen, mercerized plain cloth.

Plain weave is a crisscross weaving method, in the weaving process, the warp and weft are woven up and down into a loop. Because there are many interweaving points in the plain weave, the structure is tight and the texture is firm, and the appearance is flat, but compared to other fabrics, the hand feels more rigid. If the density of the plain weave fabric is small, the length of the float line is larger, and its bending resistance will be small, and the fabric will become softer. On the contrary, the hand feel will be stiff. Because of the large number of interlacing points, its float line is shorter than twill and satin fabrics, and its air permeability is relatively poor. The higher the density, the worse the air permeability, so low-density plain weave fabrics are often used for low-end bedding.
